Shipping Policy

  • A UPS tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
  • All orders will be complete based on availability in stock. We typically ship merchandise within two business days of receiving your order. An order can be delayed for missing information such as incorrect shipping address or invalid/incorrect credit card number etc...
  • We are not responsible for delays by customs due to random checks or any other issues (this is a rare case).
  • There is no shipping on the weekends.
  • All US and Canada shipments will be sent Ground - unless specified otherwise.
  • All International shipments will be sent Expedited Air - unless specified otherwise.

  • - Ground service to Eastern Canada will take approximately 4-5 business days.
  • - Ground service to Western Canada will take approximately 1-2 business days.
  • - Express service to USA and Canada will take approximately 1-2 business days.
  • - International Air shipments usually take approximately 4-6 business days.

Order Cancellations

We usually process and ship orders within two business days of receiving the order.  Generally you will have up to 24 hours to cancel your order - starting from the date and time you initially placed the order.

Customers who decide to cancel their orders after the order is processed and shipped must pay for the initial shipping charge as well as the return shipping charge + a 20% restocking fee and any import/export charges if applicable.

If you are not happy with quality of our product(s) simply return them for a full refund within 30 days of receipt of your order - You must obtain an RMA# first (see below). We do not provide refunds for the shipping and handling charges.

In order to return a product, you must FIRST obtain a proper Return Material Authorization Number (RMA #), which is obtained by contacting by email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  You will be responsible for return shipping costs and should insure the package for total retail value and also obtain a tracking number from your shipper to verify we receive the merchandise.


Special request made, such as "Custom Orders" are considered "Final Sales" and in no way can be returned nor refunded.


*Note: Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order - which is based from the shipping company's shipment tracking record.
